At Hidden Coast Shellfish,

our mission is to grow delicious local  and  environmentally sustainable seafood.

Hidden Coast shellfish are locally grown, ensuring that they are fresh and more flavorful. Our oysters also remove excess nitrogen and carbon from the waters they grow in, helping to create cleaner and fresher water in Little Bay. Our goal is to contribute to a richer and more plentiful ecosystem for the 140 miles of treasured "hidden coast" shoreline in New Hampshire's Little Bay.

As a community focused company, we are committed to promoting the importance of aquaculture in the long term preservation of these beautiful coastal areas. That is why we have proudly chosen the name Hidden Coast
